This Privacy Policy describes how LeapSheet ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and handles information when you use LeapSheet and LeapSheet Compatible (collectively, "the Software") and leapsheet.com ("the Website").

We believe in collecting only what is strictly necessary. We do not collect usage data, workbook contents, sheet names, or any other information about how you use Excel. The only data we collect is what is required to operate the licensing system.

We retain your license record for as long as your license is active. If you request deletion of your account, we will remove your personal information from our records, subject to any legal obligations that may require us to retain certain data.

Trial usage data (machine hash and use-day records) is retained for the purpose of enforcing the re-trial policy (one re-trial per machine after 365 days from trial expiration). This data contains no personally identifiable information.
